Can anyone recommend a very simple easy to use home budget planner that I could download and use free of charge?how to make a home budget planner? Nothing fancy or to dramatic, just enough to keep track of monthly income and monthly expenses?

if you have office you can setup a monthly budget in excell using a spread sheet.

first have you wrote down all outgoing expenses over a two month period to the penny so you know how much go into each bucket!!! if so i would say stay away from the computer and use 3X5 cards — and a pencil!!! just list the item and amount and deduct through out the month as you fund different items!!!!
